01 Who we are
Dvijan LLC (“Dvijan,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) builds and operates the Dvijan platform: our websites at dvijan.com, our web portals, and the mobile applications we publish on the Apple App Store and Google Play (each, an “App,” and together with our websites and portals, the “Services”). Among other things, the Dvijan platform provides scheduling and booking tools used by fitness, wellness, and service businesses and their clients.
This Privacy Policy applies to all of the Services. Because our Services serve different purposes, the information collected depends on which Service you use and which features you choose to use — some of our Apps collect no personal information at all, while others collect the limited information described below when you create an account or register for a program, class, or event.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use advertising SDKs. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
02 Information we collect
Depending on the Service and the features you use, we may collect the following:
- Account information. If a Service offers accounts, we collect your name and email address when you sign up with an email address and password, or when you choose Sign in with Google. This is used to identify your account and keep you signed in.
- Profile & registration information. If you book a class or appointment, or register for an event or program, you may provide additional details such as your mobile phone number and mailing address (street, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, and country), along with details about the people you are registering. We store this so we can complete your booking or registration and pre-fill your details next time.
- Mobile phone number. If you choose to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent. See Section 4 — SMS / Text Message Communications.
- Payment information. If you make a payment (for example, a class package or an event registration fee), the transaction is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your full card number is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We retain a record of the transaction (such as amount, date, and a payment reference) for accounting and confirmation purposes.
- Push notification token. If you enable push notifications, we receive a device notification token from Apple or Google so we can send you relevant updates (such as booking or event reminders). You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
- Usage & device information. We may collect limited, non-identifying information such as which screens and features are used, your selected theme/appearance, app or site version, and general device and operating-system type. This is used only to keep the Services stable and to guide improvements.
03 How we use information
- To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
- To process bookings, class and event registrations, and payments, and to send you confirmations.
- To send you the transactional messages you have asked for — including booking confirmations, cancellations, schedule changes, reminders, and waitlist offers — by email, push notification, or text message.
- To pre-fill your saved details so you don’t re-enter them.
- To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not use your information for third-party marketing, and we do not build advertising profiles.
04 SMS / Text Message Communications
What the program is
Dvijan operates a transactional (informational) text-message program. If you opt in, we send SMS/MMS messages relating solely to your bookings and account with a business that uses Dvijan, specifically:
- Booking and reservation confirmations
- Booking cancellations
- Schedule changes
- Class and appointment reminders
- Waitlist spot offers
We do not send third-party marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not send text messages on behalf of advertisers.
How consent is obtained
You opt in within your Dvijan account — in the web portal or the mobile app — by entering your mobile number and affirmatively consenting to receive booking-related text messages from Dvijan. We then send a one-time verification code to that number, which you enter to confirm that the number is yours and that you agree to receive these messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to use the Services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your booking activity — for example, how many classes or appointments you book, change, or join a waitlist for.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Dvijan does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further texts under that program. You may also manage your text-message preferences at any time in your Dvijan account, under notification or messaging settings. Opting out of text messages does not affect your account, your bookings, or your ability to receive email or in-app notifications.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.
No sharing of mobile opt-in data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Terms
Your use of our text-message program is also governed by our Terms of Service.
05 Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the Services. They process information only as needed to provide their service to us, under contract, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Depending on which Service you are using, one or more of the following may process your information:
- Authentication and account management — Clerk and Google Firebase (Google LLC), including Sign in with Google. See also the Google Privacy Policy.
- Data storage — Supabase and Google Firebase, which host the databases behind our Services.
- Hosting and delivery — Vercel, which serves our websites and application servers.
- Payments — Stripe. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
- Text messages — Twilio, which delivers the messages described in Section 4. Twilio acts as our messaging subcontractor and processes your mobile number solely to deliver messages we send on our own behalf.
- Push notifications — Apple Push Notification service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, only if you enable them.
We do not use third-party advertising networks or cross-app tracking SDKs. We may add or replace a provider in this category as our Services evolve; when we do, we will update this list.
07 Data retention and account deletion
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Where a Service lets you create an account, you can delete your account and its associated personal information at any time from within the Service (typically under Profile or Settings → Delete Account), or by emailing us at the address below.
When you delete your account, your login is removed and you will no longer be able to sign in with it. Certain records we are required to keep — for example, records of completed payments, and records of text-message consent and opt-out, which we retain to honor your preferences and to demonstrate compliance — may be kept for the period required by law, in a form limited to that purpose.
08 Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including transmitting data over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and relying on the reputable infrastructure providers listed in Section 5. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.
09 Your rights & choices
- Access, correction, deletion. You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information associated with your account. The fastest route is in-product (see Section 7); you may also contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any message, or manage preferences in your Dvijan account.
- Push notifications. Turn them off in your device settings at any time.
- Email. Transactional emails (such as booking confirmations and receipts) are part of the Service; you can close your account to stop receiving them.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
10 Children’s privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Text messages are only sent to a mobile number that has been affirmatively opted in and verified by the account holder. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11 International users
Dvijan LLC operates in the United States. Our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations. Our text-message program is offered to mobile numbers in the United States.
12 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy. If we make a material change to how we handle text-message data, we will describe it here.
